What does it cost to use your professional services?

There is no charge for our professional planning services and years of experience.

How do you make money?

As professional planners we are licensed to arrange services for our clients. We are paid an industry standard fee by the vendor for doing so.

Do you provide a Hospitality room?

Yes. We always negotiate for a FREE hospitality room for your group.

Do you help plan the banquet dinner?

Yes. We negotiate for special banquet pricing and menus.

Do you plan the Tours?

Yes. Tour planning is one of our specialties. We use only the best luxury tour buses and licensed tour guides. We take care of all the details!

Can you do the reunion mailing to the membership?

Yes. We can mail out reunion notices, reminders, tour information and sign up sheets for you. There is a nominal fee for doing this task.

Can you handle collection/accounting of monies?

Yes. We are fully computerized to track who has ordered which tours and even what they want to eat at the banquet dinner. Complete up to date information is available to you at any time. We will disburse payments to the proper vendors at the proper time and assure contractual fulfillment.

Do you provide name badges?

Yes. For a nominal fee we can provide large, full color name badges with your logo, picture of your ship or whatever design you want, in addition to the name on the badge.

Will you have representatives at our reunion?

A representative from our company is available to assist with the execution of your reunion.

Do we have to use certain hotels or vendors?

No. There is no benefit to us for using one hotel over another. We are paid at the same rate by all vendors. We want to find you the best deal so you will continue to use our services in the future.

How do I know the hotel you recommend is good?

We have planned over 250 reunions in most major cities. We know which hotels are perfect for reunions. They strive to give you the service and amenities that you need for a successful reunion.

What if I don't like your hotel recommendation?

Our intention is to make you happy. We will keep searching until we find a hotel that you are satisfied with.

Do you have hotels in our price range?

Yes. We will find good reunion hotels at a price that you need and authorize.

Can you give us a choice of hotels to consider?

Yes. We can offer up to three different hotels for your selection.

Can we visit the hotel before selecting it?

Yes. We want you to be completely happy with the hotels that we find you. Therefore, you may have a site inspection of the hotel, if you desire, before making a selection.

Do you offer normal comps/upgrades at the hotel?

Yes. We will negotiate for all the same "goodies" that you normally get. Often, we are able to get you extra goodies that you may not have gotten in the past.
