The centrally located and beautiful Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area is the ideal location for this year’s USSVI National Convention. The convention program will give you the opportunity to experience the best this area has to offer. Tours and events include a city tour, which will provide a wonderful overview of the area, a chance to visit a Kentucky Horse Park, try your luck at one of the local casinos, or dine at America’s first authentic Hofbrauhaus. Don’t miss the tour to the National Air Force Museum, located at Wright Patterson AFB; this is the largest aviation museum in the world. Enjoy a private paddle-wheel river cruise along the Ohio Riverl. This will surely be a great convention, with many opportunities to tour and spend time with your friends and family. Hotel Information
The reunion officially runs from Tuesday, August 31st through Sunday, September 5th. You will be staying at the full service Drawbridge Inn which is located at 2477 Royal Drive, Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky 41017-3599.
Reservation Information
The room rate is just $95.00, plus tax per night. For those of you who choose to arrive early or stay late, the same room rate is available three days before and three days after the official reunion dates, based on availability. Please make your hotel reservations NOW by calling the hotel directly at the following toll free number 800-354-9793. You may also book your hotel room on-line at www.drawbridgeinn.com. Click “book online” on the home page and then “group reservations”. Your attendee code is SUB1. You may request specific room types when you call to make your reservations (handicap accessible room, etc.). The hotel check-in time is 3:00pm. Please, do not expect to get into your room before then. Make your reservations NOW, you may cancel your hotel room up to 24 hours prior to arrival and not be charged. Be sure to ask for the USSVI Convention rate. They will ask you for a deposit or credit card number to guarantee your room reservation. The hotel is holding rooms until they sell out or July 31st, 2010, whichever comes first. If you are coming in an RV, you must advise the hotel when making your room reservations (there are no hook-ups available at the hotel). There is limited parking available for RVs, it will be first come, first served basis.
Airport Transportation & Parking
Please note the hotel is actually located in Fort Mitchell, KY but if you are flying, Cincinnati Airport (CVG) is the closest. If you are flying to the convention, The Drawbridge offers a complimentary airport shuttle (call using the free courtesy phone in the Baggage Claim area before you pick up your luggage). For those of you driving, the hotel offers plenty of free parking.
